Because of our responsibility when it comes to leading change, resourcing takes every single one of us, and this is how you can play your part. And if you’re an experienced Building Surveyor, this role will suit you perfectly.

- Management of Asbestos legislative requirements in respect of coordination of retained consultant and removal works, and management of CDM requirements
- Advice on building conditions, improvement works and budgetary forecasts for new property acquisitions and M&A projects
You will advise on any current relevant compliance requirements or issues and develop an in depth understanding of (and become involved in) environmental issues as they are
related to Group Property. This will include the management of environmental consultants for
remedial and associated works. As an expert in your field you will be required to provide Building Surveying support to colleagues across Veolia as and when required.
