Warehouse Supervisor

We have a fantastic career opportunity to join our Warehouse team at, based at the Stone Distribution Centre, taking on the role of Post Department Supervisor, on the Night Shifts.

You will work 4 on / 4 off - with the shift hours running from 6pm to 6am.

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Warehouse Supervisor to help oversee our Post Department within the Stone Warehouse. Working collaboratively with the Warehouse Manager you will be responsible for assisting, coordinating daily activities, managing a team of warehouse staff members, optimizing inventory control, and ensuring timely order fulfilment, whilst maintaining the highest levels of Health and Safety.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Ensure all processes are followed and adhered to in line with the company’s procedures and requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ensure daily ecommerce targets/SLA’s are met
- Supervise the day to day management of staff within the department
- Monitor KPI’s making sure high level of efficiency and continuous improvements
- Help to resolve customers’ complaints; dealing with shortages/overage claims
- Control the use/replenishment of consumables
- Manage development/training of staff ensuring maximum flexibility/holiday cover
- Ensure effective control of absence/sickness/annual leave/timekeeping
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, people management skills
- Assist in any other role/dept depending on workload as per Warehouse Manager’s request
