We have a fantastic career opportunity to join our team at RKW, Europe’s leading distributor and manufacturer of small domestic appliances and housewares products.
We are looking for a Warehouse Team Leader, to work the Night Shift within our Post department.

As Warehouse Team Leader, it is your main duty to ensure the correct, safe, efficient running of your team within the Warehouse. Your hours of work must be flexible to ensure that the job is done; therefore paid overtime will be required at the company’s discretion.

You will report to the Warehouse Shift Managers.
- **Responsibilities and Duties**_ _:_
- To be a working member of staff and help in day to day jobs with your team
- Develop a strategy the team will use to reach its goal
- Provide any training that team members need
- Communicate clear instructions to team members
- Listen to team members' feedback
- Monitor team members' participation to ensure the training they have been provided is being put into use, and also to see if any additional training is needed
- Manage the flow of day-to-day operations
- Create reports to update the company on the team's progress
- Assist and communicate with the department supervisor
- Provide competent cover for the Department Supervisor as and when required.

In addition to the above, you will be required to perform any other duties as required by the Warehouse shift managers to ensure the efficient and consistent performance of the warehouse and logistics operation.

This role will operate on a static shift pattern, to ensure stability, teamwork and routine on your shift. Flexibility on hours and holidays etc is vital to this role, as cover for your counterpart shift Supervisor, and team leaders will be required.
