Lawton Hathaway is an FCA regulated debt collection agency based in the town centre of Altrincham in South Manchester. Specialising in financial service debt recovery, we have seen recent growth which allows us the opportunity to take on additional staff to join our team.

The role will involve;
- Updating customer records.
- Negotiating payment plans for funds owed.
- Account management.

Must Have:

- Work experience, preferably in a customer service role.
- Competent grammar skills.
- Good work ethic.
- Confidence to work as part of a team and on your own.

Hours of work, Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £17,000.00-£24,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
