Overview:
**Duties**:

- Handle phone calls and correspondence with professionalism and courtesy
- Perform various administrative tasks to support the office operations
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records
- Utilise computerised systems for efficient record-keeping
- Assist in clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Proficient in using Google Suite and other IT programs for daily tasks

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask
- Proficiency in data entry and office management procedures
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £16,284.74-£26,306.67 per year
