**Role: Office Administrator**

**Salary: £23- £26k dependant on experience**

**Location: Lisburn**

**Hours: 8am - 5pm Mon to Thurs and 8am - 4pm Friday**

CSR are recruiting on behalf of our construction materials client in the Lisburn area. With 25 years’ experience of providing industry leading products to the highways of the North and South of Ireland, business is growing rapidly and they are continuing to expand their business teams with an additional Office Administrator.

**The Person**

Great team worker, all rounder

Open, honest, and friendly

Excellent communication skills

Delivers excellent customer service

Strong administrative background

Can work on their own initiative and think on their feet

**Responsibilities**

Work with processing despatch documents

Responsible for booking/scheduling customer orders

Answering and transferring calls

Help co-ordinate the sales team and act as support NI & ROI

Research on CIS system to support co-ordination

Regular communication between NI and ROI clients and employees

Time management and organisation

Use of SAGE

**Criteria**

GCSE Numeracy and Literacy grades A - C

Use of Microsoft Office

Previous use of SAGE or CIS

Previous administrative experience
