**Admin Team Leader**
**Job Role**
To deliver an efficient maintenance support service to the business whilst providing a high level of administrative support to the Property Admin Manager and leading a team of four administrators.
**Key Duties**
**Supervising and Managing**
- Supervising Maintenance Administrator, Purchase Order Administrator and Compliance Administrators to ensure daily deliverables are met
- Liaise with the Maintenance Team Leader in regards to daily repairs and any issues that may arise
- Liaise with the Maintenance Team Leader to assign emergency repairs to the appropriate operative, within an appropriate timeframe
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement by supporting the Admin Team with training & development
- Consistently promote high standards through personal example and conduct
**Planning**
- Ensure the Maintenance team’s schedule is effectively & efficiently planned, with priorities in mind
- Liaise with the Maintenance Team Leader to ensure stock is ordered and received in line with demand
**Communication**
- Communicate effectively with both internal & external customers
- Liaise across multiple platforms with Landlords, Letting Agents & Contractors to ensure repairs & compliance issues are tended to safely, and in a timely manner
**Other Duties**
- Regularly attend meetings to ensure an effective service is being delivered
- Attend training courses when required
- Attend and conduct one-to-one meetings, appraisals and supervisions
- Always operate while adhering to Target Housing’s policies, processes and procedures; in particular, but not exclusively, health & safety, confidentiality, safeguarding and equal opportunities
- Perform any other such duties as may, from time to time, be required to further the aims of the organisation and as directed by the manager
**Desirable Qualities**
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment
- High level of written communication skills
- Knowledge of property maintenance and repairs
- Ability to make on-the-spot decisions when needed
- Experience of managing contractors
- Ability to work under pressure
- Experience of managing and developing a small team
