To be considered for this position you will need to have previous experience within a care setting. You will also need to hold a full UK drivers licence with access to your own vehicle, and be available to work alternate weekends for the purpose of providing continuity.

**What will you be doing?**

As Team Leader, your primary goal and focus is to lead, train, and develop an outstanding team of support assistants.
- Provide care in the community
- Ensure your teams participate in face-to-face training
- Shadow new and existing support assistants
- Accurately complete your monthly audits
- Process monthly payroll
- Schedule staff rotas
- Give supervisions and appraisals
- Act as the first point of contact for both clients and support team members
- Create and implement client care plans (inclusive of full risk assessments)
- Liaise with other professional bodies where necessary, and required
- Be actively on-call (on a rota basis)

**Please note: - **You will receive **additional pay** for completing tasks such as interviewing new applicants, carrying out supervisions, creating care plans, and whilst on-call.
