**Brand and Campaigns Manager, Hatfield -**

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Brand and Campaigns Manager to join a leading public services organisation in Hertfordshire. They’re looking for someone to lead their brand and campaigns department with the overall aim to raise their corporateprofile and reputation to their audiences.

This is a great opportunity that offers strong progression, working for a well-established organisation within their field. This role requires an established background in marketing and communications including managing stakeholder relations for a largeand complex organisation (they have circa 3000 employees), delivering concurrent integrated marketing and communications campaigns with a track record in delivering exceptional results.

**The Role -Brand and Campaigns Manager**

The main responsibilities of this role include:

- Spreading awareness of the company’s brand narratives
- Liaising with agencies to achieve goals and optimise ROI
- Content and copywriting across multiple channels
- Producing and deliver the B2B marketing strategy
- Lead and manage your team, 3 direct reports

**The Requirements - Brand and Campaigns Manager**

To be considered for this role you will need:

- A strong previous background in both Brand and Campaign marketing
- Previously worked in a large corporate environment
- Previously come from a B2B background
- Confidence in reporting to stakeholders with ability to clearly explain future strategies
- Most importantly you will be an experienced leader with the ability to coordinate teams and resources to deliver complex projects successfully
