**ROLE SUMMARY**:
- This role directly supports the delivery and growth of our provision, which supports schools and other organisations by providing excellent customer service and quality alternative provision for vulnerable learners so that they grow in confidence and work towards recognised outcomes.- This role will be focused on the implementation of defined enrolment activity (processing student enrolments, on and off boarding); managing timetable changes; completing administration tasks for the wider B2B team and finance and managing student group changes within our systems.- The postholder will work as directed to prioritise enrolment processing and administrative tasks within our systems receiving guidance and support from their Line Manager and Regional Client Administrators.**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Being part of a team to support client/students who use our provision.
- Being efficient, organised and ensuring attention to detail in their required activities at all times.
- Processing enrolments received within our systems, liaising with colleagues where queries arise.
- Processing student leavers.
- Supporting contract administration and communication with Operations, Sales, Education and Finance colleagues.
- Completing group moves for students as directed by Education and Operations colleagues.
- Actioning timetable changes within our systems, as directed.
- Completing defined tasks for leaving students to ensure we record their destination/reason for leaving.
- Supporting your Line Manager with day-to-day operational tasks as required.
**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE**:
- Qualified up to A Level, BTEC or NVQ Level 3/4. Specific administration qualifications would be an advantage.
- A flexible, energetic approach and the ability to thrive in a business with a fast changing, collaborative, delivery culture.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to form good relationships.
- The ability to work independently where necessary but in a collaborative team environment where appropriate.
- Strong digital skills, being able to learn and work with various IT systems effectively.
- An ambition to place our offering at the forefront of the education marketplace.
