Sales Order Fulfilment Coordinator

**Salary: £32,000 (pro-rata)**

Teknion, a major international office furniture manufacturer is recruiting a Sales Order Fulfilment Coordinator as part their team in the company’s central London showroom. This is a temporary contract for Maternity Cover.

The role reports to the Director of Operations and centres on tasks for the fulfilment of the post sales process through to delivery and installation completion whilst maintaining relationships with customers, suppliers and Teknion colleagues in the UK andinternational locations.

**Duties Include**:

- The processing of orders through the relevant internal logístical, distribution and procurement departments. UK and international.
- The monitoring of orders post-delivery and maintaining system records.
- Customer order fulfilment process including order amendments, requests and supporting customers regarding delivery and installation of orders
- Close involvement with product suppliers and distribution.UK and international.
- Support customers regarding delivery and installation of orders.
- Support the Customer Services teams with snagging, claims and queries, ensuring supporting evidence is obtained and corrective action initiated. UK and International.
- Working with the Fulfilment and Operations team on imports and exports and the creation of logistics paperwork. UK and international.
- Arranging courier shipments.

**Skills Required**:

- Understanding of logistics and logístical processes and documentation.
- Previous procurement experience beneficial.
- Confident with IT systems and proficient in Microsoft Word & especially Excel.
- Very good numeracy demonstrated.
- Accurate and with an attention to detail and good written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent telephone manner and a good listener with confident interpersonal skills.
- Well presented, organised, able to manage time well and work independently; enthusiastic, hardworking but with a sense of fun.
- Versatile and adaptable with the ability to set priorities and achieve objectives.
