Opportunity

The University of Salford has opened a brewery and bakery along the Crescent in Salford. This development is the first of many placemaking activities in a joint University and Salford City Council masterplan for the area.

We are looking for an exceptionally talented Baker who can support with the continued success of our new bakery venture and the innovation and development of new products working alongside our Head Baker, students, and academics.

We seek an individual who can support the innovation and development of new and exciting products as well as drive the highest quality and work collaboratively, jointly located brewery and colleagues across the University.
