An opportunity has arisen in our Vehicle Maintenance team to take on an exciting and challenging role which will involve multi-tasking and the ability to react quickly in an ever changing environment. You will need to be able to hit the ground running and fit straight in becoming a valued member of the Vehicle Maintenance team, yet still be able to work on your own initiative.Communication and flexibility along with vehicle related knowledge will be key to this role.

Fleet management and vehicle maintenance look after 650 vehicles 200 of which come under the operator’s licence across 3 vehicle workshops in Beverley, Carnaby and Goole. It is vitally important to the operation of the whole council that these vehicles are repaired and serviced and all licensing requirements are adhered to.
