The Quality, Clinical Governance and Health and Safety team functions are pivotal to ensuring we can have a high level of strategic oversight, recognition and understanding of clinical issues and priorities which will then enable the whole organisation to provide excellent care. Having an integrated, clinically focused quality, safety and governance resource, processes and systems will enable effective interfaces between the team, operational staff and other corporate functions. Ensuring that there is an objective and supportive structure for all staff with the ability to provide effective solutions and outcomes, with the involvement of people who use services at the centre of all we do.Working in close collaboration within the Quality, Clinical Governance and Safety Team and wider colleagues, the Customer Care and Service User Experience Administrator post holder will be responsible, for providing support to the team, clinicians and wider Sirona teams for all aspects of quality, with a particular focus on customer care and service user experience.

The role will require analysis and interpretation and presentation of patient experience / customer care and evaluation data to ensure the accurate and timely production of regular management information reports for the Quality and Safety team and other Senior Managers.

This is a hybrid role and is for 22 hours per week for 6 months - with a view to extend
