**Intermediary Retention Adviser**

Brighton (BN1 4FY) with Hybrid Working options.

Full Time (35 hours) /Permanent

Starting salary £25K plus commission.

This is an exciting opportunity for the successful Retention Advisor to be part of the Bupa Global Broker Indi retention team based in our Brighton office in a prime location.

The Retention Advisor will proactively manage a portfolio of existing health insurance plans for intermediary international businesses in line with agreed targets. Building meaningful relationships both internally and externally is the key to being successful. Through regular and positive contact, you will uncover business opportunities through referrals from your own portfolio and will be incentivised based on growth and retention.

**What you’ll do**:

- Retention and growth of existing Broker INDI Portfolio in line with agreed targets.
- Maintain the highest quality and service standards at all times in line with criteria set by Sales Management Team, FCA, Compliance.
- To manage all aspects of the renewal accounts assigned to you, including retention, renewal, expansion, pricing discussion and debt management.
- Drive the retention and new business activities. Finding new ways to engage with stakeholders to deliver results.

**What you’ll bring**:

- Ability to build and maintain relationships and demonstrate engagement with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience of working in a regulated environment would be an advantage.
- Highly motivated, articulate and numerate with good computer skills.
- Great organisational and time management skills
- Highly focused on delivering the best customer and business outcome.
- Experience of managing a portfolio with face-to-face and online contact with customers desired.
- Negotiating and presentation skills would be an advantage.
