Warehouse Administrator

Due to continued growth here at the Farrall’s Group, we are delighted to be recruiting for a Warehouse Administrator to join our BRC accredited storage facility, to provide full administrative support to the Warehouse and Transport team.
- At Farralls we offer a competitive annual salary for this role of £15,000.00 based on 25 hours, 5 hours per day. _

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Planning of all inbound and outbound goods
- Timely receipt of goods on to the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Creating and issuing invoices to customers
- Production of pick lists for Warehouse Operatives
- Liaise with customers in relation to order queries
- Production of delivery notes
- Liaise with our Transport department to plan loads in and out
- Support investigation of shortages and pick errors
- Filing of paperwork in an organised way
- Contacting WMS Help Desk as required to troubleshoot any issues
- Creation of ad-hoc reports
- Management of Warehouse consumables
- Be in control of any maintenance logs and daily checks on warehouse and site checks
- Allocating work to Operatives on a daily basis liaising with warehouse team leaders
- Run daily reports to be issued to Warehouse Operatives and record on completion
- Actively working as part of the Warehouse operations team
