**Support Worker opportunity in Lichfield, Staffordshire30/36hrs a week**

**The role**:
Gray Healthcare has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Support Worker to join their team in Lichfield supporting a lady with borderline personality, autism, LD and mental health.

The person we support has a great sense of humour, loves arts and crafts, boxing. She especially enjoys cooking and baking

The support is provided in a house in Lichfield, Staffordshire and the team is 2:1 support by a mixed team of both male and female Support Workers.

The vacancy is for 30hrs day shifts (5 x 6) or 36hrs nights (3 x 12).

We are looking for experienced Support Workers who have experience as a Support Worker within Autism, Learning Disabilities, ADHD, Mental Health.

You will have an interest, motivation and enthusiasm to develop experience and skills to work with people with complex needs. Ideally you will have at least Level 3 in Health and Social Care or a willingness to work towards the qualification within GrayHealthcare.

You will be able to manage difficult situations calmly and work within agreed evidence based PBS plans. You be able to complete good quality support records, detailing the activities of daily living. You will need to be resilient, emotionally, and physicallyfit to do this role.
