**Main Tasks and Accountabilities**
1. Provide administrative support to the team
2. Quality checks as required to insure conformance to the company Quality Management System (Quality, Health and Safety and Environmental)
3. Progress reporting on the document's status / maintaining KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
4. Set up, copy, scan and store documents
5. Create templates
6. Control documentation modification, distribution, issuance during its lifecycle
7. Filing and organisation of documents (both electronic and / or hardcopies)
8. To liaise with and distribute project related information with all levels of the project team and potentially external parties
9. Review and maintain the accuracy of the records, editing where necessary to ensure they are up to date
10. Prepare ad-hoc reports on projects when required
11. Attend pre-start, Project and team meetings as required
12. Assist in the collation and issue of handover documents (e.g. O&M manuals)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
**Salary**: Up to £26,000.00 per year
