**Join Our Customer Engagement Team**: Due to extraordinary business growth, we are expanding our team of Car Credit Specialists. We are seeking professionals who are courteous, success-hungry, and eager to advance their careers. If you have experience in tele sales, webchat, retail sales, car retail, deal making, hospitality, or customer service, we want to hear from you.

**Role Overview**: As a Car Credit Specialist, you will:

- Interact with customers who have already applied for car finance online.
- Guide customers through the process, from enquiry to completion of their agreement for their new car.
- Build a rapport based on fulfilling the needs of customers who have applied for finance through our partners - no cold calling involved.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls.
- Provide fair and tailored financial options to customers.
- Demonstrate professionalism and a helpful attitude in every call.

- Multi-task effectively with a keen eye for detail.
- Collaborate with lending partners to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

**What We Are Looking For - The Best**
- Customer service and/or sales experience, whether telephone-based, face-to-face, or via digital channels.
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent telephone and/or webchat skills.
- Good organizational skills.
- Regulatory knowledge and understanding of finance products.
- Professional approach with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Positive attitude with attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.
- Ability to commute to our office based in Chesterfield S41 9PZ.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
