**Key Focus**:
The key focus of this role is to assist the Warehouse Manager with ensuring that the warehouse functions effectively.

**This role will report to**:
Warehouse Manager
- Assist with the management of the warehouse operations
- Assist with all aspects of the receipt, storage and preparation and despatch inventory in a timely and accurate manner
- Assist with the conduct of regular stock checks & PI process (perpetual Inventory)
- Work safely - this is a condition of employment. As a condition of your employment, you will be required to observe and fully comply with all HSE rules / policies / procedures and applicable legislative provisions as well as wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) where and when applicable.
- And anything else that might reasonably be required of you.

**Requirements**:

- As a Forklift Driver you will be required to:

- Hold an in date Counterbalance forklift licence
- Load and unload lorries in a safe and efficient manner
- Move and stack materials
- General housekeeping duties in the warehouse or production area and duties as assigned
- Receive/process shipments
- Inspect and maintain equipment, reporting any faults or wear and tear
- Manage all stock intakes
- Move stock into correct places within the warehouse
- Receiving and dispatching goods to contractors.
- Report any damaged items to your manager
- Pick a variety of products
- Take responsibility for working through your orders independently
- Help out in any team tasks, such as cleaning equipment and checking stock
- Good attention to detail when working quickly
- Self-motivation to work hard and do everything to the best of your ability
- will have previous experience working in the warehouse and have good attentions to detail
- General admin duties, filing, copying, etc
- Use of handheld scanners for booking stock in and out.
- Barcode label printing
