A fantastic permanent opportunity for a full time Accounts Payable Specialist role with majority remote working - 2/3 days a month in central Manchester or Stockport.

**Description**
The duties include:
- Processing invoices and credit notes daily for all entities
- Setting up new supplier accounts
- Processing expense and credit card claims
- Uploading weekly credit card statements
- Processing all outgoing payments on the bank as well as on Deltek
- Processing supplier and expense payments run as requested
- Processing urgent payments as requested
- Responding to and resolving all internal and external supplier and purchase queries.
- Completing monthly supplier reconciliations
- Ensure adherence to month end deadlines
- Assisting with weekly bank reconciliations if required
- Supporting Senior AP Assistant with changes / testing new processes
**Profile**
- Have experience working in accounts payable - Essential
- Be studying towards AAT - Desirable
- Have excellent communication and organisation skills - Essential
- Be able to work in a fast paced environment - Essential
- Have basic experience with MS Outlook and Excel - Essential
**Job Offer**
This role is looking to pay up to £25,000 + Remote working (2/3 keep in touch days a month) + Pension + Flexibility
