Implementation Associate

We are seeking an Implementation Associate to join our team in Grimsby.
The role involves developing knowledge and understanding of the VERA system and procedures to provide a comprehensive support for the set up process of both new and existing clients onto the system. This includes dealing with basic client queries and entering permanent details on the client area.
There will also be significant work using those skills on ad-hoc projects to support the provision.
**Responsibilities**
- Assisting in the on-boarding of new clients onto the VERA system and ongoing support of and continuous improvement to our products
- Assist in securing new business for Dataplan including responding to client enquiries, presenting to potential new clients and follow up
- Use payroll knowledge and system expertise to identify client needs and requirements and seek opportunities to provide additional services / spot opportunities to maximise our returns through processing efficiency.
- Be responsible and accountable for new client setups
- Maintaining existing excellence standards and looking for ways to improve quality and efficiency of the process
- Liaise with manager and department managers to ensure projects are planned in and controlled effectively and completed on time
- Attaining a high level of technical knowledge and reaching a position to assist peers on technical / systems issues

- Identify ways to develop VERA to improve effectiveness of service delivery
- Understanding and using payroll and systems knowledge to resolve or assist others in resolving problems with VERA.
**Experience and Knowledge**
- Payroll knowledge essential either by way of qualification or processing
- Develop business knowledge and commercial awareness to advise clients
- Develop and Demonstrate strong aptitude, problem solving and decision making skills to deal with new situations, new clients and problems
- Strong skills at exceeding customer expectation and setting high standards
- Be flexible and adaptable to deal with uneven workloads and pressure in meeting objectives
- Understands the needs of customers and team members
- Sets an example with high standards and quality of work
- Willing to attend client support visits
