CGT Lettings Ltd is looking for a part-time Lettings Administrator, on a 6 month fixed term contract, to be based at our Quedgeley branch.

The purpose of the role is to support the Branch by completing all move-in administration required and to coordinate the move-ins on a monthly basis, making the process as smooth as possible for both landlords and tenants.

Here’s a summary of the key responsibilities:

- Communicate with the Lettings team to ensure that move-ins are running smoothly throughout the month
- Prepare and execute all documentation related to a move-in such as tenancy agreements and safety certificates
- Deal with any renewals and addendums as and when needed
- Answer phone calls and deal with queries
- Arrange viewings with tenants and register applicants on the system
- Be responsible for the general presentation of the office
- Obtain reviews from tenants and landlords and support the team in up-selling any insurance policies such as tenants’ insurance
- Any other general administrative tasks such as making up landlord and tenant packs, landlord’s terms of business and filing

Confident, self-motivated and passionate about engaging with people, we are looking for someone who has excellent time management skills, is highly organised and enjoys dealing with people from all walks of life. Previous experience of working in the property sector is desirable but not essential.

Weekly hours are 15 per week to be worked: 9:00am - 2:00pm on 3 days during the week (we can be flexible on which days)
