Job Overview:
**Duties**:

- Perform general maintenance in our warehouse
- Support the fitting team with kitchen/bathroom fittings
- Install fixtures, hardware, and equipment
- Load and unload materials from trucks
- Operate forklifts to move materials within the warehouse
- Handle shipping and receiving duties
- Pick and pack orders accurately
- Perform heavy lifting as required
- Assist in building and organizing stock

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a maintenance person or in a similar role
- Proficiency in operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment
- Familiarity with shipping, receiving, picking, and packing processes
- Ability to lift heavy objects safely
- Strong knowledge of general maintenance procedures and techniques
- Proficient in using hand and power tools
- Basic understanding of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Good communication and customer service skills

Note: A valid driver's license is required as our warehouse is in a remote location and difficult to get to with public transportation.
