**Purpose of Role**
This role in the HR Admin team focuses on providing essential administrative support to the business. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with employment laws, utilizing HRIS/HRMS for efficient employee data management, and supporting recruitment and onboarding processes. Join us and contribute to the smooth functioning of HR operations.
**Main Duties and Responsibilities**
- **Subject Access Requests (SAR)** - collating, logging, and processing SARs including redacting information and preparing files for HR Business Partners/Head of HR approval.
- **Recruitment** - production of offer letters and contracts of employment, coordinating and booking induction meetings, producing induction schedules, and liaising with all appropriate departments in preparation for new joiners.
- **Pre-employment and bi-annual screening** checks - working with our third-party provider to ensure all pre-employment checks are conducted for new joiners and supporting the HR Business Partners and Advisers with screening checks for current workforce to meet our legal, regulatory and clients’ requirements.
- **Contract variation letters** - producing letters to confirm changes to terms and conditions of employment.
- **Probationary periods** - producing letters to confirm or extend probationary periods, capturing this information on to the People Manager system.
- **HR system** - maintaining the HR database to include inputting new joiners, contractual amendments, change of details, annual leave requests and recording of sickness absences.
**Skills and Attributes**
- Previous HR administration experience preferred.
- Prior experience in maintaining personnel records and managing HR documents, such as employment records and onboarding guides.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Proactive, independent worker with a positive work ethic.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
