**What we’re looking for**:
- Do you have experience in Emergency Planning, Business Continuity and/or Operational Resilience, Incident Management and Response?
- Are you able to negotiate, implement and enforce SLAs (Service Level Agreements) into contracts with internal and external stakeholders, and business and I.T service providers?
- Do you have experience in successfully planning, implementing, and sustaining business continuity management, disaster recovery and Emergency Planning programmes?
- Are you experienced in selecting, deploying, and using Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery and Emergency planning tools, emergency/mass notification services and crisis management platforms?

We currently have a great opportunity for a Business Continuity & Resilience Officer to join us on a Permanent basis..
As a Business Continuity & Resilience Officer, you will support the Business Continuity and Resilience lead for developing and implementing a group wide framework for identifying, assessing, mitigating, and responding to a broad range of threats and emergencies.
Some of the key results for the role include:
- Supporting the implementation, maintenance, and development of a Business Continuity and Resilience governance framework, operating framework, and appropriate metrics and KPI’s to demonstrate the program's effectiveness.
- Overseeing engagement with all aspects of change programs to ensure Business Continuity and Resilience requirements are represented at all stages of a Project or Program lifecycle from concept to delivery
- Advising on Peabody's Major Incident and response, recovery, and restoration activities in the face of an actual disaster, emergency, or crisis.
- Working with senior stakeholders across the business to identify the key business processes, considering people, process, technology, places, and data, validating that the minimum viable service can be provided in the event of plausible emergencies or incidents
- A minimum of 1 to 2 days working in the Westminster Bridge Road office is required._
