**Job description**

Volantes Technical Recruitment are looking to add to its small team based in Paisley.

We are experts in global aviation engineering recruitment with over two decades of experience recruiting first class contract and permanent specialists throughout the world for industry-leading airlines, MRO’s and helicopter operators.

Main Responsibilities
- Assisting the other members in the team with the various roles that they are currently working
- Assisting with onboarding and new employee administration
- Posting vacancies over LinkedIn and ensuring to uphold a strong social media presence over LinkedIn
- Extremely organised and has a very good eye for detail

You must be comfortable on the telephone and making outbound calls

Be flexible and willing to work on when required

Resilient nature

Positive attitude with a winning mentality.

Salary is negotiable depending on experience and with the potential to earn good bonus. This is not just a 9-5 job but an opportunity to carve out a lucrative career within a fantastic industry.

This role is a Monday - Friday, 0830 - 1700 however there may be times when outside normal business hours may be required for when the work load is heavy.

We are also open to a more flexible working pattern than can involve working from home part of the week.

We are looking to arrange interviews with immediate effect.
