TML is a specialist intermediary-only mortgage lender that provides products and criteria that meet the needs of borrowers who are not served by the high street

**Job Description**:
Working within the IT team, this role offers the opportunity to expand your knowledge into most aspects of IT due to the varied nature of the work.

The ongoing projects within the business relate are both hardware and software. Ideally you also should have experience of working on projects although this is not essential.

The role would suit someone who is experienced in providing 2nd line support with a good understanding of Wintel Infrastructure and Windows tooling

**Qualifications**:
Essential
- Minimum 3 years’ experience of working in an IT support environment, providing 1st line support
- Experience of supporting Wintel infrastructure
- Experience of working with Windows tooling e.g. SharePoint management, Microsoft admin portals
- Experience of dealing with change within an organisation including system testing

Desirable
- Programming knowledge is not required however, a good technical background, plus experience of the following would be an advantage:

- Windows Scripting Languages
- Website support
- Working in the financial services sector with knowledge of financial systems
- Experience of liaising directly with external partners
- ITIL qualification
