**More About the Role**

We have a great opportunity for a Supervisor to come and join us at SPAR Lancaster University This will be a customer facing role, demonstrating excellent customer service as well as providing training and support to the Food to Go Staff.

This supervisory role is a hands-on position working with the team to ensure that there is food available throughout the day for the customer. We are looking for someone passionate that can drive sales and work in a very busy environment when it’s term time.

**Here’s What You Can Expect to be Doing**

***Within your role you will exceed the customer expectations by providing expert product knowledge, making product recommendations and answering any customer queries.

Your day will range from making hot fresh bacon rolls and pasties for our grab and go customers, to preparing sandwiches, paninis, calzones and Pizzas

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Previous experience of leading a team
- To be enthusiastic, committed and self-motivated
- Adopts a ‘can do’ attitude to challenging situations
- To be able to drive the team to achieve the demands needed to serve our customers
- Previous experience in food led environment
