Finance Accounts Assistant

**We currently have a vacancy for a Financial Accounts Assistant at our Larbert office, working 37.5 hours Monday Friday on a Fixed-term basis for 12 months.**
This is a fantastic opportunity to learn about our company and grow from within. You will be responsible for preparing bank reconciliations for bank accounts and being involved in the process/review of the expense claims procedure from submission to final payment as well as processing of the company’s fixed asset invoices.
You will ensure Bank Reconciliations are completed in line with the process managing the various systems. You will also assist with additional ad hoc financial task’s while being aware of and understand departmental and business targets.
Previous accounts experience is desired for this post and good attention to detail is essential for this role along with good organisational and communication skills. Previous use of IT systems is preferred along with strong excel skills being essential.
