We are recruiting an experienced office administrator residing within commutable to Bracknell (near the client offices) where there is an expectation to work in the office twice/week.

Those with previous experience working within the NHS in a similar role would be ideal.

The purpose of the role of the Operations Team Assistant, United Kingdom (UK) Affiliate is to:

- Support Operations Team Associates with administrative duties as assigned
- Generate follow-up letters based on verbatim questions
- Archive cases according to corporate processes
- Perform quality control (QC) of source documents.

Key Responsibilities:

- Adverse Event Case Management
- Provide Administrative Support for the UK Affiliate Activities
- Provide Back up for General Administrative Support
- Cross functional operational support
- Regulatory Compliance and Asset Protection
- Training and Development
- Quality
- Effective communication skills (verbal and written) to interact with diverse groups and individuals
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Confidentiality
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail and organisational skills
- Adherence to regulatory requirements relevant to job tasks
- Working knowledge of corporate policies, workplace guidelines.
