**Transport Administrator**

**Roles & Responsibilities**

Liaise with drivers about deliveries

Work with other departments to determine the most efficient way to deal with problems

Use excel spreadsheet to type up delivery routes.

Inbound and outbound calls to customers

Use glass office to ensure all delivery notes are correct and present prior to planning

Ensure paperwork is correctly completed by drivers including; but not limited to, defect sheets, time sheets, returns forms and expenses.

**Requirements**:
GCSE Level Qualification and above

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Customer Service experience required

Confident making outbound calls, receiving inbound calls and dealing with queries.

Salary 22k-23k P/A

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£23,000.00 per year

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
