**Fleet Assistant**
**Working Pattern: 40 hrs per week - Monday to Friday**
**Location: Bilsthorpe, Nottingham NG22**
Via currently has two fantastic opportunity in our Fleet Services Team as Fleet Assistant based at our Bilsthorpe Head Office.
**The Job**
You will undertake administrative tasks to contribute to the delivery of the Fleet Services. Respond to queries in person and over the phone to internal and external customers. You will accurately input and manage data in IT systems to monitor and support the performance management, accounts payable purchasing and revenue collection. You will control, order, and monitor the use of Fleet resources to control quality and stock.
You will gather and process data from all areas of the business to meet H&S legislation, Environmental and Compliance legislation and ISO requirements. You will be flexible to help cover reception at each depot. You will comply with all relevant health, safety and environmental legislation. You will also be able to plan and prioritise your own workload to meet deadlines
- Knowledge gained through practical experience in an administrative or customer service environment
- Proven ability to plan and prioritise workload and react to customer queries in a busy office environment
