We are presenting an exciting opportunity for a Conveyancing Legal assistants/ Paralegals to join a leading law firm in their Northampton office.

What you’ll be doing:

- Assisting the acting Conveyancer with day to day running of case load
- Coordinating diary and work schedule for the day and chasing up third party responses imminently due
- Responsibility of a sale file from start to finish, encompassing preparing completion packs for the accounts department and also liaising with clients/solicitors/estate agents on the day of completion
- Issuing Leasehold/Freehold sale Contract and deal with subsequent legal enquiries with all third parties
- Liaising verbally and in writing with all third parties throughout the sale process including resolving unforeseen issues
- Conduct face to face meetings with clients to reassure and manage timescale expectation

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 12 months experience in a conveyancing role
- Knowledge of the conveyancing process
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Good understanding of Excel/Word/Outlook
