**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- General administration duties for SWG and a range of clients: telephone answering, filing all correspondence, Microsoft Word & Excel and data inputting.
- Day-to-day bookkeeping for a range of clients: processing invoices, bank reconciliations, preparing quarterly VAT returns, assisting in payroll preparation and credit control.
- Opportunities to get involved with managing social media for a range of clients, assisting the IT team with client queries and helping SWG’s sister company which runs a sports clothes design and production business.
