As a Finance Admin Apprentice you will be in charge of creating and processing invoices. Collecting and entering data in spreadsheets, and coordinating when necessary with management. This is a perfect role for anyone who is great with working with maths and data, and has a passion for the property sector.
- The successful applicant must have access to a car or reliable transport to a rural location without the use of public transport.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assisting in managing, processing and troubleshooting various accounts and transactions.
Process and prepare financial and business forms for the purpose of checking accounts and facilitating with accounts.
Create, send and follow up on invoices.
Collect and enter data for various financial spreadsheets.
Use of Microsoft packages to ensure all data is entered and invoices dealt with.
If required you will build relations with clients.
Coordinating with other members of staff to ensure issues are sorted in a timely manner.
