Reputable Independent Sales & Lettings Agency is looking for an experienced Property Administrator to join their successful team in their office near Moreton-In-Marsh.

They are known for their excellent customer satisfaction, personal service and attention to detail. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right individual who shares the same working ethics to join our growing business.

They will be highly organised, motivated, have great attention to detail and ideally have knowledge of the property industry.

Minimum 3 years of administration experience required.

**Key competencies**
- Ability to deliver excellent customer service in line with The Company’s best practice
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills (on the phone, face-to-face and written)
- Ability to work in a changing and fast-paced environment
- Confident and capable of dealing with pressurised situations
- Polite, professional, presentable and well spoken
- Ability to work under own initiative and as part of a team
- A positive "can do" attitude
- Computer literate (competence in MS Office essential)
- Experience in a similar role would be an advantage
- Industry Qualifications desirable (but not essential - training provided)

**Key Responsibilities**
- Register and qualify new applicants and buyers
- Book appointments (for both lettings and sales)
- Arranging the drawing up and signing of all tenancy agreements
- Inventories
- Day to day Landlord and Tenant contact
- Dealing with deposit returns and disputes
- Obtaining quotes, dealing with all maintenance issues and contractors invoices
- Keeping our Database updated at all times
- Creating property listings
- Meet and greet clients and visitors at the office
- Occasionally attend viewings (both lettings and sales), check ins, check outs, inspections during holidays, etc.
- General administration duties as required
- Any other reasonable duties requested

You will require a valid driving licence and own car (mileage paid).

You will be required to work 5 days a week between Monday to Friday 9.00 - 5.00pm.

Total 37.5 hours per week. 30 minutes unpaid lunch break.

35 hours working week considered (salary calculated pro-rata )

**Salary**:
£24,000 per annum
