_Experienced Kitchen Team Member/Leader _
Cherry Reds is an independent cafe and pub with a community spirit and supportive team. Our fresh, cooked to order, menu caters for all diets, having served vegan and no gluten containing food for over 10 years. We serve the same menu all day, from homemade American style pancakes to hearty salads and burgers. Our rooms upstairs are available to hire and so we are starting to get bookings again ordering from our popular buffet menus.

We are looking for an experienced kitchen team member ready for progression or a manager looking for a better work life balance to help lead our team. Pay is negotiable depending on experience. You will be helping lead a team of 8 alongside our kitchen manager.

You must be available to work most evenings and weekends (especially Sundays) and have a solid background in fresh food preparation. You should be passionate about maintaining a clean and organised workspace in a busy environment. Knowledge of food hygiene, stock rotation, knife skills and allergens is essential.

In return for your hard work we pride ourselves on being a friendly and engaging place to work, with flexibility in working hours, freedom to create your own specials and a unified effort between front and back of house.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 25-42 per week

**Salary**: From £9.80 per hour
