Overview:
The Publishing and Certification team is the driving force behind the Games Global Roadmap success. From shaping the Games Global Roadmap to overseeing Game Delivery and managing Distribution Platforms, we are dedicated to excellence at every step. As the main contact for Games Global Studios, we foster collaboration and define Distribution Requirements with a focus is on refining the end-to-end delivery process to ensure games are delivered on-time every-time to maximise distribution and revenue.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the Games Global exclusive Games Roadmap to all distribution channels
- Manage and refine game delivery to ensure maximum distribution
- Direct contact with all game studios
- Define distribution channel requirements for studios
- Engaging with all areas of the business to assist in the full end to end processes to get games to market
- Manage game sales and distribution platforms (client zone, spotlight, mailers, etc)
- Facilitate studio, distribution channel and operator engagement
- Liaise with all areas of the business to maximise revenue of a game
- Extensive knowledge into game delivery and studios
- Understand Operator and Distribution Channel requirements
- Managing studio relationships to ensure games are delivered on time, to the right standards and actioning operational improvements.
- Accountable for all game launch plans and ensuring that project deadlines & key milestones are met.
- Represent the game in both internal and external communication. This includes delivering strong presentations and taking responsibility for internal reviews with key organizational stakeholders and partners.
- Foster a data driven environment and use data insights to optimise products and processes.
- Implement strategic planning and processes that guides the direction of game development with a view to grow revenues.
- Ability to reprioritise when production deadlines are a concern, manage risks, and plan for contingencies.
- Identify and/or remove any roadblocks to projects hitting quality and schedule targets.
- Build strong relationships with various internal stakeholders including the Studio Heads, Marketing, Business Intelligence, Finance, Legal, etc.
- Ability to present Game information effectively, through various mediums such as Events and Customer visits.
- Understanding of all KPIs and Game Performance statistics and the capable of presenting KPIs and Game Performance statistics to Internal and External Stakeholders

Qualifications:

- Comprehensive understanding of the online gaming industry, regulations & markets.
- Excellent project management and process management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Ability to present, communicate and influence in a credible and impactful manner.
- Ability to clearly communicate complex processes, technical issues, ideas, and make recommendations.
- Excellent communication, organisational, teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to deliver in a stressful high pressure environment with a good level of stress management.
- Proven experience of process management and process improvement.
- Experience working with senior and exec level partners.
- In depth understanding of key internal systems and a change mindset.
