**We are actively speaking an experienced administrator to support a busy logistics department to coordinate shipments, ensure timely deliveries and manage shipping documentation.**

Working closely with the logistics and sales team to provide customers with exceptional customer service the following duties are involved:

- Recording customer orders into a dedicated handling system
- Checking customer orders and communicating delivery schedules.
- Raise and receipt purchase orders.
- Liaise with Production to ensure stock is available in a timely manner for international orders.
- Assist with stock checks to identify and resolve any discrepancies.
- Liaise with transport companies to receive quotes and ensure all export requirements are completed.
- Assist with preparing export paperwork for international shipments
- Complete import requirements for consignments from GB to NI

**The Person**
- Confident IT user including Word, Excel and Outlook
- 2 years office administration experience
- Strong organisational, time management, interpersonal skills

Full training and support provided within a very supportive working environment.

Working hours are 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday

Maternity cover role - 12 months
