ERP UK are a small and friendly team of 45 co-ordinating all operations in the UK for customers from the UK and around the world. We have offices in both London (Chiswick) and Midlands (Lutterworth). Landbell Group is a growing business - now an international team of almost 450 people across 23 locations in 18 countries.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Team Management
- Leads the operations team
- Manages, motivates and appraises managers in the Operations Team
- Commercial Focus
- Ensures annual achievement of compliance across WEEE, Batteries and Packaging in the most cost effective manner
- Oversees supplier relationships, purchasing and contracts
- Informs annual budgets, quarterly reviews and member pricing
- Service Delivery
- Establishes and keeps under review operations strategy for compliance across WEEE, Batteries and Packaging
- Ensures annual achievement of compliance volumes across WEEE, Batteries and Packaging
- Oversees ERP’s collection network
- Ensures ERP’s collections are delivered and that monthly and quarterly data flows both internally and externally as required
- Service Development
- Proactively seeks innovations in strategy, services and processes - and ensures that they assessed and implemented

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in operations management

- Knowledge of logistics and recycling services and local authorities
