Due to our continued success and growth, we are excited to announce an opportunity for a new addition to our team at Brusco: A Senior Supply Chain Advisor.

As a Senior Supply Chain Advisor, you will support and deputise for the Customer Service Manager, ensuring seamless coordination throughout our supply chain process.

To be successful in this role you will have the ability to fulfil customer orders accurately while efficiently managing multiple deadlines. You will have an analytical mindset, an eye for detail and exceptional organisational skills.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide training, support and guidance to a team of Customer Service Advisors
- In the absence of the Customer Service Manager and on a rota basis with one other Senior CSA, ensure the smooth day to day running of the Customer Service team
- Deputise for the Customer Service Manager as required, including troubleshooting issues and preparing weekly KPI reports
- Take responsibility for supporting customers in your designated region
- Log all customer orders received within 24 hours
- Check customer purchase orders against contracts to ensure correct prices and quantities are quoted, identifying any discrepancies and discussing with customers
- Process sales orders and collection delivery paperwork accurately, to meet customer delivery deadlines
- Liaise with suppliers and hauliers to meet client expectations and raise accurate and timely purchase orders
- Process any order amendments in an accurate and timely manner to achieve required delivery date
- Investigate and resolve any issues that may arise, such as delivery issues or customer complaints
- Issue shipping instructions to warehouses and logistics providers
- Work in collaboration with the Sales team to ensure quotations align accurately with customer orders
- Provide exceptional customer service relating to dedicated customer accounts
- Provide ad-hoc support and cover across the wider team as needed, including answering incoming telephone calls

**Skills and Experience**
- Experience as a senior administrator or Team Leader, or 3 years admin experience and ready to step up
- Fast and accurate data entry skills
- Experience of processing high volume customer orders
- Analytical and logical approach
- Ability to build relationships at all levels
- Excellent communicator with strong listening, written and verbal skills
- Strong numeracy and literacy skills
- Proficient in Outlook, Word & Excel
- Customer-focused with a dedication to customer satisfaction
- Professional and friendly telephone manner

**Salary**:Up to £30K gross per annum (depending on skills and experience)

**Hours**: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, up to 2 days homeworking per week

**Location**:Head Office in Offenham near Evesham.

Pay: Up to £30,000.00 per year
