- An exciting new opportunity is coming to LHCH- Trolley volunteers are needed to take a trolley of selected magazines/puzzle books/food and drink to patients, visitors, and staff around the hospital site. Being in hospital or visiting friends and family can be a difficult time, especially if you cannot leave the ward, so volunteers will also be a friendly and compassionate point of contact for customers.You will need to have a friendly personality, good communication and listening skills. This is an ideal opportunity if you want to make new friends and develop your skills in a hospital environment.You must be able to push a trolley around the hospital grounds and be fairly mobile.Commitment (one day)Monday-Friday 11am-2pm**Role Description**

- We provide specialist services in cardiothoracic surgery, cardiology, respiratory medicine including adult cystic fibrosis and diagnostic imaging, both in the hospital and out in the community. We serve a catchment area of 2.8 million people, spanning Merseyside, Cheshire, North Wales and the Isle of Man, and increasingly we receive referrals from outside these areas for highly specialised services such as aortics.
