Skills Required / Duties:

- Previous administration experience
- Accurate thorough, well organised
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge of accounting software
- Good telephone manner is essential

About the role
- Support general running of daily office duties
- Answering customer enquiries
- Diary management
- Booking in clients, entering clients details
- Entering invoices/receipts into accounting software
- Price checking
- Printing A1 drawings
- Filing
- Managing holiday records

**Hours**
- 8.30am to 4.30pm
- Three days per week

**Remuneration**:

- Salary according to experience.
- 20 days plus bank holidays, pro-rota
