**What is the Human Resources Graduate Scheme?**
You’ll embark on a 2 year tailored scheme consisting of 4 x 6 month placements to introduce you to a series of valuable skills and knowledge for your future HR career. Your second and third placement will provide experience in other areas of HR, including Business Partnering within a power station within our central HR team and working with our Regional Case Advisor team. You will also have the opportunity to complete an HR project throughout the duration of the scheme.

**Training, development and support for you**:
We’re passionate about your development and offer a tailored training path that will develop your skills, knowledge and behaviours both during the scheme and in your future career. During the scheme you will be supported in gaining your CIPD Qualification. On completion of the scheme, it’s expected that you will move into an HR Business Partner role in your end location, before progressing further within HR.
The primary purpose of your role as a HR Business Partner is to provide support to the relevant HR Team so they can collectively provide professional HR advice and direction, commercial HR solutions and operational support, to implement their agreed people plans.
You’ll also have mentors and industry experts to give you advice along the way and help you with decisions about your future career path.
**Where you’ll work**:
You can expect to based in either Gloucester Business Park, Hinkley Point C or Sizewell B with the opportunity to work on a hybrid basis. Whilst graduates will start and end their training in their home location, they should be flexible and willing to travel during these placements and spend time in a different location during their second and third placements, therefore you may be required to relocate during the scheme.

**What you'll need to join our team**:
- 2:2 Bachelor’s Degree (obtained or expected) in any discipline, although degrees such as Human Resource Management, Business, Communications or a Social Science would be of specific interest.
- Pragmatic problem solving, strong organisational skills and time management.
- Good attention to detail, strong commerciality, and business acumen.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new challenges and thrive in fast-paced environments.
- Experience using Microsoft office, SAP and Success Factors.
- Driving license preferable.
- ** To be appointed to this role, you will need to meet the criteria for Security Vetting which will, ordinarily, require you to have been a resident of the UK for at least 3 of the last 5 years.**
Our Assessment Centre will be held virtually on Thursday the 14th of March.
