Account Administrator

We present an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual to join our Accounts Team at Address Properties.
Located in the vibrant Rose Lane L18, Mossley Hill, our letting agency manages a diverse portfolio of over 300 properties, primarily catering to the student sector.
As a pivotal member of our team, you will contribute to the smooth functioning of our accounts department with a focus on ensuring timely payments from landlords and tenants. Your role will extend to processing invoices from diverse contractors, creating new accounts for landlords, tenants, and contractors, presenting a diverse and engaging workload.
Key Responsibilities:
- **Accounts Maintenance**: Ensure the meticulous upkeep of landlords' and tenants' accounts, guaranteeing timely and accurate payments.
- **Invoice Processing**: Handle invoices from various contractors, showcasing your ability to manage diverse financial transactions.
- **Administrative Experience**: Previous experience in an administrative role or a similar capacity is a must.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for effective collaboration within the team.
- **Organizational Skills**: Excellent organizational and time-management skills are paramount to excel in this dynamic role.
- **Adherence to Policies**: Maintain an up-to-date understanding of and adherence to company policies, strategies, and procedures.
- **Customer Service Excellence**: Display outstanding customer service skills to enhance our client relationships.
- **Initiative**: Demonstrate the ability to proactively find solutions to new challenges.Desired Criteria (Not Essential):
- **Industry Experience**: Previous experience in a letting agency or as an account administrator would be advantageous.
- **Technical Skills**: Competency in Google Docs, MS Office (including Excel), and the ability to quickly adapt to in-house computer packages. This office-based role offers the convenience of free on-road car parking.
Working hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm.
