We are currently seeking a talented Scheduler to join our clients dynamic team in Peterborough. As a Scheduler at their market-leading Housing business, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring their projects run smoothly and efficiently. This role is office based and the salary is flexible depending on what you can bring to the table.

**What You'll Do**:

- Coordinate and schedule construction activities, repairs and subcontractors, ensuring deadlines are met and projects stay on track.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to optimise resource allocation and minimise delays.
- Maintain accurate records of project timelines, milestones, and progress updates.
- Proactively identify potential scheduling conflicts and propose solutions to mitigate risks.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to keep them informed of project schedules and any changes.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Previous experience in scheduling, project coordination, planning or related roles within the housing industry.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
