Here at Peabody, we have an opportunity for Credit Control Officer on a Permanent at our Westminster Bridge Road Office.

**A bit about the role**:
As a Credit Control Officer, you will be recovering unpaid dept from organisations and individuals via telephone, letter and/or face to face meetings. You will need to be hard working, enthusiastic and able to work to deadlines and targets whilst maintaining accuracy and professionalism at all times. Some of the key results for the role include:

- Raising of invoices and credit notes.
- Undertake daily credit control by telephone, letter and face to face with both individual & businesses.
- Carry out monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly billing of invoiced income as required.
- Minimise bad debt in line with company policies.
- Undertake the resolution of client queries.
- Carry out account reconciliations.
- Allocate monthly cash receipts against relevant invoice(s).
- A minimum of 1 to 2 days working in the Westminster Bridge Road office is required._
