We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as a Concierge at London Luton Airport.

Join us as a Concierge where you will be able to explore a world full of opportunities working here at the Airport. You will be meeting people from all over the world, where you will be part of the most vital part of these passengers' journeys, by making sure they get to their destination safely.

Working as a member of the Luton Team, you will be responsible for the transfer of PRM or those needing assistance from the aircraft to the terminal building or from the terminal building to the aircraft.

**The Role**

Exciting and rewarding, a typical day in the life as a Concierge:

- To communicate effectively between management and the teams on company, operational and training issues.
- To initiate disciplinary action within the levels permitted in accordance with the procedure or recommend further action where appropriate.
- Report to operational management all information relevant to the provision of the service.
- Perform any other duties which may be reasonably required by your line manager or the company.
- To escalate any adverse situations arising or developing on a shift to the Duty Manager as appropriate.

We are looking for people who are passionate about helping others and keeping those around you both safe and secure.
- Previous experience in a customer service/ Customer care environment
- Excellent communication skills with an empathic nature
- Demonstrate excellent customer service.
- Basic IT Skills
- Demonstrate the ability to think and act quickly in emergencies or under pressure.
- Able to demonstrate an ability to work as part of a team.
- Be able to work shift patterns which includes early starts, late finishes, nights, weekdays, and weekends.
