We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Operations and Finance Specialist to join our progressive company, INTX, headquartered in Liverpool. As an Operations and Finance Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth flow of operations and financial processes. Your responsibilities will encompass file management, invoice processing, credit control, and obtaining quotes from suppliers. Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
**File Management**:Thoroughly review and organize files to ensure accurate and complete data for efficient job completion by suppliers and seamless communication within our team.
Ensure that our team has the correct and up-to-date information from customers to facilitate successful service delivery.

**Invoice Processing**:Handle supplier invoices with precision, verifying accuracy and adherence to contractual agreements.
Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices for payment.

**Credit Control**:Monitor and manage customer accounts receivable to ensure timely payment.
Engage in professional communication with customers regarding outstanding payments and facilitate resolution of any issues.

**Supplier Quotes**:Gather quotes from suppliers in a timely manner to support decision-making and cost-effectiveness.
Maintain organized records of obtained quotes for future reference.

Qualifications and Skills:
Detail-Oriented: A strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail is essential for successful file management, invoice processing, and credit control.

Highly Motivated: Demonstrate a proactive approach to tasks and take initiative to ensure efficient operations.

Logical Thinker: Ability to analyze information, solve problems, and make well-reasoned decisions in a dynamic environment.

Finance and Administration: While prior experience in finance and administration is a bonus, it is not strictly required as extensive training will be provided.

Working Hours: 35 hours per week (typically Monday to Friday), occasional weekend tasks may be required.
